We are located at 161 South Main Street (Route 114) In Middleton, Massachusetts, directly across the street from Richardson's Ice Cream. Look for a three-story building with a North Shore Bank on the bottom floor. We are upstairs on the third floor.

Please note that there is no "A Perfect Image" sign on the outside of the building - just come on upstairs!
